Jenny joined the Board of Trustees in 2017 bringing with her extensive experience from a career in tourism, spanning customer relationship management, marketing, corporate communications and tourism policy development.
At the London Tourist Board, as General Manager of LTB Enterprises, she was responsible for the development of visitor services and then moved to senior roles at VisitBritain, VisitEngland, The Tourism Society and in recent years, as an advisor on tourism strategy and communications.
