Our 12 outstanding award-winning cottages are set on Brickhouse Farm among acres of stunning countryside. The cottages vary in size, from 2 to 5 bedrooms, and were purpose-built in 2013 to provide holiday accommodation for families, friends and carers. We are in the most tranquil surroundings of Hambleton yet only a step away from the bright lights of Blackpool!

From the M55 Motorway:
Exit the M55 at Junction 3 (A585)
Take the exit towards Fleetwood/Kirkham/Skipool.
Continue on the A585
Follow the A585 north for about 5 miles.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Garstang New Rd/A586
Continue on A586 for approximately 3 miles.
Turn left onto Brickhouse Lane
Look for signs for Brickhouse Farm Cottages.
From Blackpool:
Head north on Devonshire Rd/A587
Continue to follow A587.
Turn right onto Bispham Rd/A587
Stay on A587 until you reach the A585.
Turn left onto A585
Continue on A585 for about 3 miles.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Garstang New Rd/A586
Follow A586 for approximately 3 miles.
Turn left onto Brickhouse Lane
You should see signs for Brickhouse Farm Cottages.
From Preston:
Take the A6 north out of Preston
Follow signs for Garstang.
At Broughton, take the exit onto B5269 (signs for Kirkham)
Follow B5269 for about 5 miles.
Turn right onto Garstang New Rd/A586
Follow A586 for approximately 3 miles.
Turn left onto Brickhouse Lane
Look for signs for Brickhouse Farm Cottages.
Notes:
Brickhouse Farm Cottages is well signposted once you are on Brickhouse Lane. The cottages are located in a rural area, so it might be helpful to have a map or GPS for precise directions.
From Blackpool:
Train to Poulton-le-Fylde:
Take a train from Blackpool North to Poulton-le-Fylde. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes.

Bus from Poulton-le-Fylde:
From Poulton-le-Fylde, take the bus number 5C towards Knott End.
Get off at the Sower Carr Lane stop. The bus journey takes around 20-25 minutes.
From the Sower Carr Lane bus stop, it’s a short walk to Brickhouse Farm Cottages. The cottages are about 0.7 miles away from the bus stop.
