Driving from St Helier, head west along Victoria Avenue, continuing straight past the filter in turn at Beaumont towards St Aubin. At St Aubin’s harbour, proceed up Mont Les Vaux. Continue following the road onto La Route des Genets, passing Woodbine Corner Stores, until the road forks just past Rose Farm bus stop. Take the left turning onto Mont Sohier, following the signpost to St Brelade’s Bay, and proceed down the hill onto La Route de la Baie.
Public parking is available at Tam’s Carpark (opposite the Golden Sands Hotel) or Woodford Carpark (closest to Oyster Box; opposite the seaside gardens). Parking is free over winter, and on Sundays and after 5pm all year round. Disabled parking is also available.
Oyster Box is easily accessible by bus from the town centre. Bus routes 12A and 14 stop directly outside the restaurant, with steps or ramp access to the main entrance. Route 15 stops above St Brelade’s Bay, a short walk (10 minutes) downhill to the main beach area. Busses depart every 15 minutes from Liberation Station, with full information available via Liberty Bus.
The restaurant can also be reached by cycling from the town centre - the route takes approximately 30 minutes, but does include some steep hills. Electronic bikes (EVie bikes) can be rented via mobile app from St Helier.
Oyster Box can also be easily reached by taxi, although advance bookings are advised at weekends.
