Crealy Theme Park & Resort is the South West’s number one family value day out, home to the most rides in Devon and an exciting calendar of seasonal events throughout the year during the Devon School Holidays.

The multi award-winning family attraction is located just minutes from junction 30 of the M5 near Exeter and has over 60 indoor and outdoor rides and attractions set in 100 acres of glorious Devon countryside.

Crealy Theme Park and Resort makes every effort to ensure that the Theme Park, Accommodation and any other facilities are accessible to as many of our guests as possible. We are constantly adding new facilities, including 2 new wheelchair accessible attractions - an ability swing and an ability roundabout.

Guests with additional needs are required to have a minimum of one carer with them at all times, including on the ride, who must be able to assist the guest with loading and offloading (including their transfer from wheelchair if necessary). Our ride hosts will give full instructions but they are unable to help with any lifting. For guests who are unable to walk unaided at least one carer over the age of 16 will be required to assist with ride download procedures. On occasions we can allow up to three helpers to ride (please note that this is ride dependant).

Please be aware that we have a number of photo opportunities across the Resort. Here is a list of rides that have on-ride photography which will include photo flash.

ASSISTANCE/ GUIDE DOGS

Assistance/ guide dogs are welcome in the Theme Park but unfortunately, they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of the party- they must never be left unattended anywhere in the Theme Park.

WHEELCHAIR HIRE

A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire from the Ticket Office on a first come first served basis. A £20 refundable deposit is required; this will be refunded on the safe return of the wheelchair. Please note that wheelchairs can be booked in advance through the call centre, wheelchairs may only be rented out by the day, and whilst consecutive days may be booked it is required that the wheelchair is returned each evening to the Ticket Office.

TOILETS

All toilets across the Resort have access for guests with wheelchairs or additional needs. The larger accessible toilet at the top of the park by the Adventure Zone requires a radar key and has an adjustable changing bed, privacy screens and a mobile hoist. These can be obtained from Gift Shop and Adventures Bar all year round, and the top Lavezzo and Guest Services during peak season.
