VisitEngland is providing discounts to English tourism businesses to help them provide quality-assured accessibility information for customers, including a discount for the smallest businesses to get a Detailed Access Guide for just £1 + VAT.
Businesses can use the new Your Accessibility Guide portal to get a quote and book either a Guided or On Site Assessment of their venue, where a professional access surveyor will create a quality-assured Detailed Access Guide. All guides will be searchable on AccessAble’s website, used by more than six million people a year.
Discounts are available for all tourism businesses, regardless of size. All discounts are subject to availability and are available on a first come, first served basis.
