Accessible Gloucestershire

Somerset has a diverse landscape all of its own, from gorges to rolling hills, wetlands and even coastlines! Accessible Bath
Bath is a Georgian Spa town that is the only World Heritage City in the world. Located in the North East of Somerset, it is a historic city with streets full of beautiful buildings that shout about its heritage. From the Roman Baths to the Victorian parks and the Georgian style buildings, there are plenty of things to do here for those looking for an accessible holiday.
Accessible Bristol
Known for its instantly recognisable Suspension Bridge, Banksy and of course, Aardman Animations, Bristol is a vibrant and creative city with art and interesting galleries and accessible museums to be found all over the city. There is a great combination of different attractions to be found here that make it a special place, from its bustling harbour side to the large shopping area, the zoo and the entertainment venues, there is something for everyone here.
Accessible Dorset
Land of the dinosaurs, Dorset is the home of the start of the Jurassic Coast, find fossils and more in this historic coastal county. Author Thomas Hardy spend most of his life here and featured the region in his many novels, his former home and many of his places of inspiration are available to explore. There are some incredible natural landscapes to be found, such as Durdle Door while in the area, so keep your cameras handy.
Accessible Devon
Covered by two national parks, a dramatic coastline and home to the English Riviera, Devon is a fascinating county to explore. With elegant Georgian towns, the connection to Agatha Christie, smugglers caves and the historic home of the Cornish pasty (don’t tell the Cornish!) there is no end of accessible things to do see and do here. Many of the hotels are wheelchair friendly and several of the attractions offer free entry for carers and concessions for the disabled.
Accessible Cornwall
Made famous by television’s Doc Martin, Cornwall is a beautiful region full of gorgeous sandy beaches and an entire menu full of fabulous delicacies from clotted cream to Yarg cheese. It is a firm favourite for holiday makers and as such there are an abundance of disabled friendly hotels and attractions to be found from harbour towns, to gardens and the fascinating Eden Project.
