Whether you’re planning a short break or a day trip or whether you’re looking for somewhere you can visit with a wheelchair or somewhere with a hearing loop, we have something for everyone.
Crealy Theme Park and Resort
Devon
Running from 3rd-16th April, Crealy has a Jurassic adventure across the Theme Park with the return of their Eggo-saurus Dino Hunt. If you manage to find them all, you can win a prize! Plus, over the Easter break, there will be a host of rides open, a calendar of entertainment, as well as new live shows from Sooty and co. Not only that but there are discounts available on day tickets for those that book in advance online. Don’t forget to visit Sooty Land, there are two accessible attractions there!
Crealy has been designed with additional access needs in mind. The team are trained to recognise the individual needs of every guest and will work with each visitor to make sure everyone has a safe and memorable visit. There are disabled toilets located at every block and a larger changing room opposite the Adventure Zone. This facility features a mobile hoist, privacy screens and an adjustable changing bed.
North Hayne Farm Cottages
Devon
While in Devon, don't forget to visit North Hayne Farm. As well as offering incredible accessible accommodation, they are also running sessions for families who would like to meet the lambs and do some bottle feeding.
North Hayne Farm regularly wins awards for their autism friendly offering and holds regular SEN sessions as well as other activities for both children and adults.
Paultons Park
Hampshire
This Easter meet Bobtail Bunny and Betty Bunny at Paultons Park while enjoying a day out with all the usual rides. The park has ample facilities for guests with disabilities. An accessible Changing facility is available just outside the main entrance and the rides are accessible for wheelchair users.
Longleat
Wiltshire
Longleat Safari Park will be transforming into Wonderland over the Easter holidays. Join the Queen of Hearts, the White Rabbit and Alice herself for an immersive event full of workshops and activities. While at the safari park, look out for nine giant Easter eggs, each one features a number and a riddle so you can crack the code and win a prize.
The safari park has changing facilities with adjustable benches and hoists near the site’s main accessible toilets. The accessible toilets onsite can only be accessed with a RADAR key, so either bring your own or ask for one from Guest Services on arrival. If you want to see the usual sights, you’ll find hearing loops and other facilities around the park.
White Horse
Surrey
If you don’t want to exert yourself this Easter, here’s a more leisurely activity, after all, what could be better than a traditional Easter Sunday Lunch? The White Horse in Dorking, Surrey are doing a special Easter Sunday Lunch in their Dozen restaurant, lunch starts with their country table buffet, followed by a choice of mains.
The hotel features two fully accessible rooms and the restaurant has level access and is suitable for those using wheelchairs.
Thomley
Buckinghamshire
From 8th-12th April, Thomley are hosting a full calendar of disability family days with lots of Easter themed activities, including Easter egg hunts, races, workshops and more. Thomley is famous for the quality of its fully accessible facilities and easily caters for all ages and abilities. Plus there is accommodation too, so the fun doesn’t have to stop.

WWT Slimbridge
Gloucestershire
With the warmer weather of April, it’s the perfect time to visit Slimbridge. Over the Easter holidays, you can take part in Duck Detectives, a trail where you can locate clues throughout the centre.
Slimbridge is home to a fully equipped Changing Places facility, as well as six other accessible toilet facilities and has wheelchairs available from the visitor centre, should anyone need them. Visitors with hearing aids can also tune into the site’s hearing loops which can be found at key locations throughout.
Winchester Science Museum
Hampshire
For an egg hunt with a difference, make your way to Winchester Science Museum where you can join in a host of activities including an oviparity egg hunt – a trail featuring eggs laid by animals that actually do lay eggs, so birds, insects and just a few more surprises! Once you’ve found everything, you’ll get a prize!
The science museum is a great option for a day out, there are sensory backpacks and ear defenders available, as well as a sensory room for a quick break. There are wheelchairs available to borrow and you’ll find a Changing Places facility and accessible toilets on both floors.
