National Trust Stourhead, Wiltshire
Stourhead is a lovely place to visit whether or not the sun is shining. With glorious scenery and a stately home, it’s an ideal spot for a Sunday out. This Father’s Day however, they are running a special Father’s Day Forest School from 10 am on 16th June. Activities include den building, outdoor play and natural crafts. Longleat, Wiltshire
While we’re in the region, we can’t leave out Longleat! Especially because over Father’s Day they are running a Brave New Longleat event, which celebrates 75 years of the house being open to the public, that’s on top of all the usual fun and games! Fairytale Farm, Oxfordshire
If you’re looking for a day out with the whole family, Fairytale Farm in Chipping Norton is an ideal place to visit. For the petrol heads and non petrol heads alike, Coventry Transport Museum has everything you can think of in the realm of transportation from vintage cars and motorcycles to bikes and more!
Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest, Kent
Open all year and especially nice to explore in the June sunshine, Bedgebury Pinetum is a great place to get out in nature this Father’s Day. The site has its own Changing Places facility, as well as having trampers and wheelchairs available to hire.
